Sharon Monje

Hi, I’m Sharon. I’m a bilingual Mental Health Counselor in training, and much of my work has centered around supporting women who have experienced gender-based violence, older adults, neurodivergent adults, immigrants, and children. I care deeply about creating a space where people feel safe enough to be honest, heard without judgment, and empowered. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, with a strong respect for each person’s unique experiences, culture, identity, and pace.

I have experience supporting people as they process trauma, grief, depression, self-esteem concerns, acculturation, and other difficult life experiences. I’m especially passionate about culturally responsive care, making mental health services more equitable and accessible, and providing therapy in both English and Spanish.

For me, therapy is about having a space where you can show up as you are and have someone there to help you process your experiences, make sense of what you’re going through, and learn ways to move toward healing and growth. I look forward to connecting with you. Feel free to reach out if you would like to schedule a consultation or have any questions.
